Show “Xiao Zhu” Lo is afraid to dying, so he gets an annual physical every year, and every half a year, he’d go to an Americanized health center for a blood test. This year, although he was outrageously busy, he was still worried, and still arranged 3 hours for an MRI scan, “THIS is my most important event!”

The already body care attentive Show Lo, being affected by the his father’s suddenly falling sick and finally passing from this world, puts health checkups as priority even more. Some people would ridicule him for not being “like a man,” why’s he so cowardice and afraid of dying? But he very composedly replied, “You have to do this regularly, instead of waiting until something happens or when you get old to revive yourself. Then, it’s too late."
On the day of the physical, it took from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. to complete it. A full 8 hours, checking up from his ears, nose, eyes, and gastronomical organs to X-rays, ultrasounds, and allergy tests…everything covered. He even laughed himself saying, “It feels like a day of work.” Because Show’s father died of liver cancer, Show did an additional MRI scan to thoroughly check his thorax and abdomen, checking his liver, lungs, and kidneys again.

In calculating Show’s such elaborate checkup, the cost is definitely not cheap—about $90,000. But he said that the cost is nothing, but it’s that he had to strip in front of hospital personnel, which made him uncomfortable from head to toe. Luckily, after the reports came out, besides his not eating regularly and his eating too fast had given Show a minor stomach infection, he’s healthy! The doctor even expressed approval and said that he was “superman,” being so busy, but his liver is still a very healthy pink. He also very happily disclosed that he eats his natural vitamins everyday and other liver detoxification nourishments, and he’s been eating them for 3 years, “Or how else would I be able to stand up to these filming all-nighters?”
