Show “Xiao Zhu” Lo’s “Show On Stage World Tour” Singapore was completely crowded, not an empty seat in the house; about 8,000 fans were having a blast with Show for 2 hours.
Besides his signature dancing, Show never forgets to show his learned “Piggy style” English, and reveal his humorous and comedic abilities. During the concert, there was a portion where they selected at random for an “instant girlfriend.” Show said, “Now we will immediately find a lucky girl to be my 3 minute girlfriend…..” After saying that, the audience went wild.
Unexpectedly, however, they randomly selected an 18 year old boy, which left Show speechless. But all he could do was force himself to keep his promise, so then held hands with this male fan, and gazed into his eyes while singing a love song!
He helplessly said, “In Shanghai and Taipei, my concert girlfriends have always been female, this is the first time it's guy; this is probably the first time I’ve sung with a male fan!”
Thereafter, Show used his “half bucket of water” English to converse with the male fan, and from that came a few laughs. He first asked, “Do you have girlfriend?” The fan shook his head to answer, then Show said, “No? Me too! You and me, love song! Wait, you hand and me hand, touch!” Show’s “Piggy Style” English made the entire audience laugh until their bellies ached.
Afterwards, Show and the male fan squeezed into a pink, heart-shaped blow up “Love Seat” and sang “Ji Fen.” Show tried to get into it [the song] many times during this, but every time went to grab for the male fan’s hand or tried to gaze into his eyes, he couldn’t help be laugh. Then Show did some improvisation and changed the lyrics from “This is forever your question, it's only until the end, everything will have its answer” to “We will always be brothers” and ended this portion with a hug.
Show Lo Throws Down Sweaty Towel, Fans Fighting to Get it.
At the halfway point of his concert, Show was singing “Gan Bu Gan [Do You Dare]” and “Sui Sui Nian [Nag]” and the from the side of the stage, he grabbed a towel to wipe his sweat while singing. Then he suddenly threw the towel off stage, which caused an uproar off stage.
The towel was finally “snatched” by a female fan. She even took her “winnings” and put them on her face, and used the towel to cover her nose, relishing the moment.
A tribute to “Dance Kings” Aaron Kwok and Michael Jackson
Last night, suited in a military uniform, Show descended from above on a stage in midair. His arrival left the entire audience in awe, the fans went crazy. His opening songs included “Guo Wang You Xi [King’s Game],” “Qiang Si Qiang Si [Chance Chance],” and from the newest album, “Yi Zhi Du Xiu – Show Time [Rise Above the Rest]” which very quickly heated up the atmosphere. In these 2 hours, Show sang and danced, and took the chance to display his dancing skills.
As “Asia’s Dance King,” Show especially arranged a portion through his own performances, to pay tribute to admirable “Dance Kings” Michael Jackson, Alex To, and Aaron Kwok.
“The Incredible Paper Clip” Show Lo and Rainie Yang’s Dance Awes the Audience
For this concert, Show especially invited Rainie Yang to be his guest. When he was performing, “Zhen Ming Tian Zi [Destined Guy” the “Priestess of Cuteness” arrived, and the two had a dance off.
At the end, Rainie did a flip onto Show’s hips, tightly squeezing him. This sight left the audience stunned.
