Taiwanese popular idol artist Show “Xiao Zhu” Lo held a “Hug Show - Autographing and Performance” at Olympian City (Hong Kong Mall), where thousands of fans came and packed the venue. Aside from the 300 fans that won Show’s autograph, the first 50 fans were also able to hug him.
Seeing a Roasted Pig: My Big Brother
At the autograph session, the company also specially presented a sword to Show, naming him the newest King of the Dance World. Then some fans also gave Show a roasted pig, which he pointed at and said, “Aww..He’s my big brother!” as the crowd of fans burst into laughter. He said that he wasn’t, and complimented that his fans were all well-behaved, and if someone were to attack his lips, he’d duck away. He emphasized that the limit is kissing him on the cheek, “I’ve banned my lips! When I was at an autograph session in Mainland China, there was a male fan that wanted to kiss me on the lips. Even though I pulled back almost instantaneously, there was still more or less some contact. I got shocked and all I could do was smile/laugh, and instead the fan got mad because he didn’t get to kiss me!” Then, jokingly they asked if it would be okay if it were a girl fan. Show disclosed that he had held an event similar to this in Taiwan and hugged 3,000 fans. He was asked if he was worried that his chest would hurt after hugging so many people. He pointed to his studded tie and said, “My tie has rhinestones on it, I’m more worried that the fans would get hurt.” Also EMI reported to have plans of laying off employees, but Show said he doesn’t know what’s going on, having just signed with them not too long ago. He then looked around at his staff and said that all of them were still there. Show was asked if it was because he was too expensive, leading the company to these methods of laying off employees. He comically responded, “How am I expensive? I’m very inexpensive.”
